There will a total of 24 questions and you have to score at least 75% to pass this test. Each question will have multiple choice answers and some of them will also be true or false questions. About the Test

Ideal Time

Many people who are looking to get the citizenship are not aware of when to sit for this particular test. For people those who have already applied for naturalization as British citizen, they need to sit for the test as soon as possible. This will speed up the following formalities that need to be completed. Having an ESOL 3 is mandatory. ESOL means English for Speakers of Other Languages. There are various tuition centers where you can go for English classes, but you need to make sure that you have at least ESOL 3 before the test.

Failing and Succeeding

You can sit for the Life in the UK Test more than one time. If you pass in the first instance, you are lucky enough. If you do not, you can always try one more time and the time after that till you pass. Each time you sit for the test you will have to pay the fees which is £34. Most people clear the test in their second attempt. It takes the first attempt to understand the pattern of the test and become familiar with it.
